The legal services identified on this website are provided by Stiefvater Law, LLC. Founding Attorney Robert Stiefvater has been a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio since 2003.
Robert has extensive legal experience. Since being licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, Attorney Stiefvater has successfully defended law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and counties throughout the State of Ohio in federal litigation related to the use-of-force and their polices/procedures. Currently, Robert’s practice is focused on representing individual citizens whose rights have been threatened by overzealous prosecutors.
Robert is an Ohio CCW permit holder, passionate about our 2nd Amendment Rights, a proponent of our right to carry concealed, and a member of the NRA.
